Where is the rental located and what is the schedule, including during the New Year holidays?

We are very glad that you are interested in our services and want to visit us. First of all, please note that we operate by prior reservation only, and only through reservations can we guarantee the availability of equipment in your size. In all other cases, it is better to call or message us before coming.

The rental address is indicated on the map below! We are conveniently located in Kirovsk, and it will be easy and comfortable for you to come and rent equipment from us.

The rental point operates from 09:30 to 19:30, with a break for lunch from 14:00 to 15:00.

Do you have fresh equipment and does it need to be waxed?

We have many novelties from 2020-2022, such as skis from Atomic, Blizzard, Rossignol, K2, Volkl, Fischer. The snowboards are brand new from manufacturers like Prime, Joint, Terror. Helmets, goggles, boots - everything is new. All equipment is updated and prepared for each season. You will receive fresh equipment prepared according to the season and weather conditions (edges sharpened, wax applied according to the weather).

What should I do if I'm unsure if the equipment will fit?

Stop doubting! There hasn't been a single customer for whom our equipment didn't fit. (There was only one customer with a foot size of 48-49, and we couldn't find boots for him.)

The equipment is specially selected for beginner skiers and snowboarders. We clarify your measurements (height, weight, foot size), select and adjust the equipment to your size, and provide you with 2 pairs of boots with different footbeds to ensure a perfect fit.

What discounts and promotions do you have for customers?

There are several discounts for customers, for example, a discount when booking through the website or call center can be up to 50% off the rental prices during the season.

Promotions are regularly held and are valid until 11 pm, so if you see a timer on the website, book and make a deposit as soon as possible.

Can I extend the rental period over the phone?

Yes, of course, if you wish to extend the rental period of your equipment, just call the contact phone number or message us, if we have the availability, we will definitely extend your agreement. Please note that the equipment may already be reserved for the following dates, and in such cases, we may not be able to extend its use.

What is the procedure for canceling an order and refunding the prepayment?

To cancel your order, you need to call the call center and provide the order number for cancellation. Then you will be asked to email us regarding the refund process. The refund will be processed within 10 days, depending on your bank.
