Where is the rental located and what is the working schedule, including over the New Year dates?

We are very happy that you are interested in our services and want to visit us. First of all, please note that we work by prior reservation and can only guarantee the availability of equipment in your size through reservations. In all other cases, it is better to call or message us before coming.

The rental address is indicated on the map below! We are conveniently located right at the entrance to the Krasnaya Polyana village, and it will be easy and comfortable for you to come and pick up the equipment from us.

The rental point operates from 08:00 to 21:00, and during the New Year holidays, the working hours will be from 07:00 to 23:00.

If the equipment was delivered to me, can I return it myself?

Yes, if you wish or if circumstances require, you can return the equipment to the rental point yourself. It is convenient to do so on your way to the airport.

Make sure to inform us in ADVANCE about this development to avoid possible misunderstandings and discrepancies.

Do you have new equipment and does it need to be waxed?

We have a lot of new equipment from 2020-2023, such as the latest collections of snowboards from Prime and Jones, skis from Atomic, Salomon, Head. All the equipment is updated and prepared for each season. You will receive fresh rental equipment prepared according to the season and weather conditions (edges sharpened, wax applied according to weather conditions).

What are the conditions for free delivery?

Free delivery is available under the following conditions:

- Booking for 2 or more days,
- Booking for 2 or more sets of equipment,
- Booking amount exceeds 3000 rubles.

What discounts and promotions do you have for customers?

We offer a number of discounts for customers. For example, the discount for booking through the website or call center can be up to 50% off the rental prices during the season.
We frequently run promotions for children's equipment! Only in Krasnaya Polyana, we provide a free children's set when you book adult equipment for the same number of days. If you have booked 2 adult sets for 5 days, we will provide a free set for your child for the same 5 days!
The promotion is regularly held and is valid until 11:00 PM, so if you see the promotion announcement and timer on the website, make sure to book and make the prepayment.

Can I extend the rental period over the phone?

Yes, of course. If you wish to extend the rental period of your equipment, simply call the contact phone number or message us, and if we have availability, we will definitely extend your contract. Please note that the equipment may already be booked for the following dates, and in such a case, we will not be able to extend its usage.

What is the procedure for canceling an order and refunding the prepayment?

To cancel an order, you need to call the call center and provide the order number for cancellation. Then, you will be asked to email us to request a refund in the established procedure. The refund will be processed within 10 days, depending on your bank.

What to do if I'm unsure if the equipment will fit?

Stop doubting! We have never had a customer who couldn't find suitable equipment (except for one customer with size 48 feet whom we couldn't find boots for). Our equipment is specifically selected for beginner skiers and ski enthusiasts. Before delivery, we confirm your measurements (height, weight, and foot size), select and adjust the equipment to your size, and bring 2-3 pairs of boots with different fits to ensure a proper fit.

And right at Adler Airport, a girl handed me a booklet with your contacts and prices. The guys arrived early right at Hotel Panorama in Krasnaya Polyana resort. They set up a bunch of footwear. Everyone found their size, pleasantly surprised that we could try on more than one pair. The skiing specialist recommended the skis and all the related equipment to my family. We were able to go skiing right after breakfast, without wasting time searching for a rental... We skied flawlessly for three days: two girls and my grandson on skis, and one girl on a snowboard. In short, FAMSKI equipped the whole family and more. We also hired instructors: one for the two skiers and one for the snowboarder. Now they enjoy skiing because everything works out for them thanks to the lessons they received from professionals. Thanks again! You created that unique mood for us that can only be experienced in the mountains, skiing on good skis and snowboards. Overall, everything was terrific. Fast equipment delivery, courteous courier who explains everything and brings more items to try if the first ones didn't fit. We personally went to the guys.
