Where is the rental location and what are the working hours, including during the New Year dates?

We are very pleased that you are interested in our services and want to visit us. First of all, please note that we work by prior reservation only, and only through reservations can we guarantee the availability of inventory in your size. In all other cases, it is better to call or message us before coming.

The rental address is indicated on the map below! We are conveniently located right before the Arhyz village, directly on the road. It will be convenient and comfortable for you to come to the rental (there is parking in front of the rental)!

The rental point operates from 08:00 to 21:00, and during the New Year holidays, the operating hours will be from 07:00 to 23:00.

If the inventory was delivered to me, can I return it myself?

Yes, if you wish or if the circumstances require it, you can return the inventory to the rental point yourself. It is convenient to do so on the way to the airport.

Please inform us in advance about this development of events to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Do you have fresh inventory and does it need to be waxed?

We have many new items from 2020-2023, such as the new regular collections of snowboards Prime, Jones skis from Volkl, Nordica, Atomic, Salomon, Head. All inventory is updated and prepared for each season. You will be guaranteed to receive fresh rental inventory prepared according to the season and weather (edges sharpened, wax applied according to the weather).

What are the conditions for free delivery?

Free delivery is available for reservations:
from 2 days, or
from 2 sets, or
with a reservation amount of 3000 rubles.

What discounts and promotions do you have for customers?

Discounts are available for customers, for example, a discount of up to 30% off rental prices during the season is offered when booking through the website or call center.

There is often a promotion for children's inventory! Only in Arhyz, we provide a free children's set when adult sets are booked for the same number of days. For example, if you have booked 2 adult sets for 5 days, we will provide a set for your child for the same 5 days for free!

The promotion is regularly held and is valid until 11:00 PM, so if you see the timer on the website, make sure to book and make a prepayment. You can add the children's set to your cart completely free of charge!

Can I extend the rental period over the phone?

Yes, of course, if you want to extend the rental of your equipment, simply call the contact phone number or write to the messenger. If it is possible, we will definitely extend your contract. Please note that the equipment may already be booked for the following dates, and in that case, we will not be able to extend its use.

What is the cancellation procedure and refund policy?

To cancel a reservation, you need to call the call center and provide the reservation number for cancellation. Then you will be asked to send an email requesting a refund according to the established procedure. The refund will be processed within 10 days, depending on your bank.

What should I do if I'm unsure if the equipment will fit?

Stop doubting! There hasn't been a single customer who hasn't found our equipment suitable. (Except for a customer with size 48 feet, as we couldn't find boots for him).

The equipment is specially selected for beginner skiers and ski enthusiasts. Before delivery, we confirm your measurements (height, weight, and shoe size), select and adjust the equipment to your size, and bring 2-3 pairs of boots with different fits to ensure a perfect fit.

And then right at the airport in Adler, a girl gave me a brochure with your contacts and prices. The guys arrived early at the Panorama Hotel in the Krasnaya Polyana resort. They brought a lot of footwear. Each person found their size, pleasantly surprised that you can try on more than one pair. The skis and all the related equipment were recommended by the professional. We were able to go skiing right after breakfast. We didn't waste any time looking for rentals... We skied flawlessly for three days: two girls and a grandson on skis, and one girl on a snowboard. In general, FAM equipped the whole family and more. We also hired instructors: one for the two skiers and one for the snowboarder. Now they ski with pleasure, as everything works out for them thanks to the lessons they received from professionals. Thank you again! You created for us that unique mood that can only be found in the mountains, skiing on good skis and snowboards. The prices are much lower than others, and when there are four of you, it's noticeably more affordable. In general, I am very grateful to the girl who handed me that brochure.
