During New Year Holidays, our hours will be 7:00 am-11:00 pm.

Yes, you can return the inventory to our rental office on your own, if you wish. It’s very convenient to make a return on your way to the airport.

Please let us know in advance about this, to avoid any possible misunderstandings and inconsistencies.

We have many new 2018-2019 items, such as regular collections of Prime and Jones snowboards and Atomic, Salomon skis. The entire inventory is updated and prepared for each season. We guarantee that you will get a fresh rental inventory prepared according to the season and weather (the edges are sharpened and paraffin is applied according to the weather). 

You get free delivery if 

- you rent for at least 2 days;

- or if you rent at least 2 sets of inventories;

- or the total amount paid for the rental is 3,000+ rubles. 

We have different discounts to our clients. For example, if you place your order through our website or call center, you can get up to 30% discount on rental prices per season.

We often offer a SPECIAL DEAL on kids inventory! Only our rental office in Krasnaya Polyana offers children’s inventory for FREE when renting 2 sets of adult inventories, for the same number of days. For example, if you rented 2 adult sets for 5 days, we will provide free inventory for your child for 5 days as well! 

We have this promotion regularly, and it's available on our website until 11:00 pm. So if you see a timer on our website, hurry up and place your order with prepayment. Children's set can be added to the shopping cart for free!

Yes, of course, you can. If you want to extend your inventory rental, call us or write us via the messenger. If it's possible, we will extend your agreement, but you must understand that inventory can be already pre-rented by someone else, so in this case, we won't be able to extend your rental.

To cancel your order, please call our call-center and give us your order number. Our customer service representative will explain to you how to write us an email with a refund request. Your money will be refunded within 10 days, depending on your bank.

Don’t worry! So far, we only had one client whose shoe size was 48, and we couldn’t find boots for him. Other than that, we haven’t had any problems in matching the size.

Our inventory is explicitly selected for beginner skiers and ski sports fans. Before we make a delivery, we get your height, weight, and shoe size to match the inventory to your measurements, and we bring you 2-3 pairs of boots to make sure you get a perfect fit.

For your convenience, payment procedure only takes 2 steps:

1.You make a request on the website or over the phone with our operator. We send you a voucher to your email, and you make a 20% prepayment to book a place in the group for specific dates.

2.Complete payment for services is required 1 day before the lessons start. You can make a payment in the school office or through the training instructor. 

The administrator will contact you in advance!

Canceling the booking is easy! Simply reply to your order confirmation email and request to cancel your booking. Write your full name and card number you used to prepay for booking. You can cancel up to 3 days before the beginning of lessons without any deductions! If you fail to show up for the lessons, prepayment will not be refunded!

Children get everything needed for happy and effective lessons: 

1. Aselection of inventory, which is included in the package – skis, poles, and boots.

2. The instructor gathers children in the meeting spot. 

3. The level of experience is determined, and children are divided into groups (mini-groups of 2 children).

4. Lessons are taken on particular training hillside (only for children). 

5. Work on technique is done playfully.

6. Breaks are taken in warm children's rooms under the instructor's supervision.

7. Classes for the consolidation of material and group activities. 

8. By the end of the training, children are passed to their parents with a report on their progress.

You can extend the training course for any number of days. The discount will be applied according to the minimum course. When extending for 4 days, you get a 3-day course discount and, when prolonging for 6 days or more, receive a 5-day course discount and so on! 

You can start learning in the beginner group and gradually move to more advanced groups!

Courses are taken at specially equipped training hillsides in Rosa Khutor Resort and Krasnaya Polyana Resort.

5-year-old children and adults progress with confidence in mini-groups of their peers. In this program, you will be learning the right technique in a playful form on a safe hillside.

3-year-old toddlers need 1 or 2 private lessons to get them up on the skis. The instructor practically has to carry the children until they learn how to ski.

Older children learn the technique with ease, and on the 3rd-4th day, they can get down the green and blue tracks of any resort. 

For adults and children with experience, we organize separate groups of the appropriate level.

There can be 2 people in the group. This way, the instructor can give all the attention to his students to make good progress during lessons.

The program is set according to the level and wishes of students. All tracks and infrastructure of the resort are available for practice.

Getting to the cable cars with the instructor is done without a waiting line!

Beginners don’t need a SKI PASS, since they train on the hillsides selected for training.

There are ski pass rules in different resorts for children and adults that are ready to conquer the tracks of the resort.

7-14 years old – children’s rate, 15 years and older – adult rate.
